My Time to Craft Challenge and I {heart} 2 stamp challenge

I just dont seem to have enought time this week to craft!! So I have again combined 2 challenges.

My time to Craft Challenge which was to use "SPARKLE" on your creation. Use shiny card, gems or glitter. Fun stuff!

And I{heart}2 Stamp challenge was to use this sketch. I love Jen's sketches she does a great job in using challenging ones! Thanks!

I didn't have a clue on what I wanted to do or use. So I just sat down and used whatever was on my table. Turned out ok...I think!

The background is a cream color. The bottom is pink. the small strip is brown. And I used a brown and pink pattern for the strip down the side. I used pink ink and shiny hot pink dots.

I really liked this layout. It really is very versatile. Thanks for the weekend challenges Jen! Keeps me busy....when I should be doing housework...lol! Anyway...here is my card. Thanks for looking.

I {Heart} 2 Stamp Weekend Challenge

This weekends I{heart}to Stamp challenge was using this sketch. Most of the challenges I do I use regular sized cards. This one I went with a longer card, first time for me using a different size card.

I decided to use my new hero art monkey stamp. I stamped him with
Chocolate Chip ink from SU. He looked a little flat so filled him out with brown colored pencil. Just his ears, arms and tail. I used a chocolate brown and a teal cardstock over the colorful K&Co textured cardstock. Then used square silver embellishments to complete the sketch.


Cardstock by K&Company(Marcella-Fiesta Birthday). The ovals were cut out of my Cricut. Stamp is from HeroArt. Ink from Stampin Up.

Saturday Challenge

I was intrigued by this layout. There are so many things to do with it. I ended up with this card. I love the royal purple colors. Thanks to I{heart}to stamp for the lovely sketch challenge .

Cardstock is from K&Company. I used Smokey Plum ink from CTMH. Stamps are SU. The frog is from stampset Toy Box. Flower embelishments are from a local craft store.
