At Taylored Expressions, the cupcake challenge was to use this sketch. (the scallops could be anything). And of course use your CUPCAKES!!!I just got these cute papers...love the ice cream cones!! So patched them together, ran a ribbon over the seam(I don't have a scallop punch) and added a few bling.
The cupcake I colored with my Twinkling H2O-lilac. Used colored pencils on the cupcake wrapper.
Material Used: Twinkling H2O. Papers-DCWV, Stamp-Inkadinkadoo.
