Cute Card Challenge - Girls just want to have FUN!!

This weeks challenge over at Cute Card Challenge site is all about Girls!

I just got this cute dress stamp from The Rubbernecker Stamp co. So I colored red...what girl doesn't want a cute red dress!!
I used my Stickles silver glitter and dotted it at the waist and the hemline. And a couple crystals on the ribbon.
The Celebrate sentiment is raised off the card so it didnt look so flat and the red cardstock is scalloped.

Materials used: Stamp-The Rubbernecker Co, Sentiment-Inkiadinkado, Glitter-Stickles, misc CS and Embellishments.
